Perched in a Yellow Room

It seems like just yesterday L & M were sitting in their bouncy chair, happy and content to just look around the room. Those days have changed, as they now use the chair for just about every purpose you could imagine, most of them dangerous. Catapulting, bouncing, and the ever-popular wrestling. My favorite use of the chair is Londie's perch. It seems she enjoys staying on top of the neighborhood business. When someone comes outside, she knocks on the window and says, "Hi!" and when they go back inside, she says "Bu-bye! See-ya!" She stays in her perch for what I classify as long stretches, even if it's just to watch the little neighbor girls play jump rope. She has been known to bring her coloring book and crayons to the perch, and, who can forget, her new baby.

When I look at these pictures I can hardly believe how big the girls are. I feel like they are no longer little toddlers, but really are little girls. I think that is so sweet that she talks to the unaware neighbors. And I think that she may want to do something in the future that requires spying. I think that would be really fun. I also have to say that I find it interesting that the twins are two different people already, I am not sure why that surprises me but I am totally facinated. Thanks for keeping us updated on your family.
