How we celebrated New Years

Well to start out, I must say we had the most fun and eventful New Years ever! Last year and the year before, and I think the year before, we must have gone to bed early and missed the whole thing because I have almost no New Years memories with Ryan. All of that changed this year, as we were invited to a fantastic little shindig at our neighbors across the street. You can't beat good food, good company, oh and then there were the fireworks. Not firecrackers, I said fireworks, just picture the 4th of July and then some and you have a good picture. We're not going to say if the fireworks were legal or not, but we would like to thank the state of Wyoming for providing them, as our entire neighborhood benefited immensely. We ended up staying up until 3 a.m. with friends, which was all fun and games until the crack of 7:45 when the girls woke up! New Years day we were invited out to lunch with my family, and then back to the house for the pool sharks to get their game going. In the meantime, the girls kept themselves especially busy with the toys. It may take several days to get everyone's sleep back on schedule, but was totally worth it in the end!

You forgot the part when Ryan attempted (with no success) to hit me with a roman candle, while I was wearing a polyester coat... that was the funnest part...:)

I am glad that you made some great New Years memories. I think that the secret fireworks sound really great. James however not really into fireworks...what a party pooper. And best of all you can't beat free food and great company. I am glad that you had a good time.
