Garden Party

When my friend Alysha finally opened an etsy shop, I knew it would be my exercise in self-control. To further complicate the matter, Brooklyn Bean debuted with a line of smocked dresses for little girls. It took a lot to narrow it down to the two, and how did pieces from the boys' necktie collection get into my shopping cart? (Place your bets, we find out Tuesday!) These dresses were hardly a day out of the package before we braved the sauna outside for a photo shoot. **

Madelyn models the smocked garden party dress.

While London surprised us all by choosing the blue dress with orange flowers.

Love the unique prints.

Love the bright summer colors.

Love my little Texas flowers in bloom.

**Please excuse the Minnie Mouse flip flops and pink plastic necklace. I learned the hard way they are an every day necessity!

Oh I love those little dresses. I think that I am going to have to give brooklyn bean some of my husbands hard earned money.

I think that the bows look so good too, you have outdone yourself this time Les, now tell me your secret to getting them to keep the bows in.

I wish that I could wear one of those dresses with the temps that we are having, what a great idea. I think that they are so cute. I am jealous that your girls are willing to model and pose for you to take some pictures.

I am counting down until I can call you and find out what is going on in that little belly of yours, you know that I will be calling you soon. James and I have both placed our bets. Don't fail me now.

Absolutely gorgeous model shots! L&M will be America's Next Top Modest Twin Models FOR SURE! I love the singleton barlow countdown. So cute. But i've been thinking that maybe you should change singleton to singletonette now that you know it's a girl. I love you!
